Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any weekday, Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm. You can book a time if you would rather have a slot reserved. Appointments run Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm and take about 30 minutes.
Are you open to the public?
Yes. Anyone can walk in, whether you have one ring or a full estate. You will find us at 15 Progress Dr., Orillia, ON L3V 6H1. We are closed weekends and statutory holidays.
What should I bring?
Bring the items you want to sell and a piece of valid government-issued photo ID. Nothing needs to be cleaned, sorted or repaired first, and broken or mismatched pieces are perfectly fine.
What do you buy?

How do you test my items?
Our in-house experts test and assay your metal on the spot with professional equipment, and you can watch it happen on the monitor. You see exactly what you have before any offer is made.
Is there a charge to have my items tested?
No. Testing and the offer are free, and there is no obligation to sell.
How much will I get for my items?
That depends on the metal, its purity and the market on the day, so our experts work it out in person after testing. The offer is itemized and you are free to walk away.
